ClockUp ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the ClockUp mobile application ("App").

Information We Collect

Information Stored Locally

ClockUp stores all your data locally on your device. This includes:

Alarm settings (times, labels, repeat days, sounds)
Alarm history (dismiss times, snooze counts)
Wake-up streak and habit data
App preferences

We do not transmit this data to any server. All data stays on your device and is not accessible to us.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. Google AdMob may collect and use certain data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, including:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
IP address
General location (country/region level)
App usage data (ad interactions)

Analytics

ClockUp does not use any analytics or tracking services beyond what is provided by Google AdMob.

Local data: Used solely to provide app functionality (alarms, statistics, habit tracking)

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. When you uninstall the App, all local data is deleted. We do not retain any data on our servers.

Children's Privacy

ClockUp is suitable for all ages (rated 4+ / Everyone). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or personal information input.

Your Choices

Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Advertising on iOS, or Settings → Google → Ads on Android)
Data deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
Notifications: You can manage notification permissions through your device settings

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored on your device. Since all data is stored locally, the security of your data depends on the security of your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
